Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule. Services may be paused or canceled if payments are not received on time.

5. Vendor and Third-Party Services

Plan It Right Consulting may coordinate with third-party vendors, venues, airlines, hotels, and service providers on behalf of clients. While we carefully select trusted partners, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, pricing changes, or service issues caused by third parties.

6. Travel Services

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, identification, visas, insurance, and any required health documentation before travel dates.

7. Event Conduct

Clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward vendors, staff, venues, and participants during events. We reserve the right to withdraw services in cases of abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Fair Scheduling

Event dates, travel bookings, and service appointments are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

9. Use of Website

Visitors agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website functionality.
